This old Swiss Recipe, of dried, aged goat milk is fused with garlic and herbs, making it a flavorful addition to any salad, pasta or vegetable dish.
Slice like a truffle over individual servings or crush a whole ball into a salad before tossing. Crumble over the top of macaroni and cheese the last few minutes of baking.
